The strapping tool’s main body and components are made of high strength aluminum alloy materials with advanced manufacturing technology. It is durable and solid.

Driven by a large power air cylinder, the poly strapping tensioner offers a 4000N(Max) tension. The lapped thermoplastic packaging belt is fused by the heat produced by friction motion.

Tensioning, sealing, and cutting for one time. Strap button: to tighten the binding tape; Melt button: ends by heating molten. Then press the rewind button, move the strapping tool.

Anti-scratch galvanized air pump joint makes the pallet strapping kit more steady and durable. Joint diameter: 10mm. Cutter blocker helps fix the tape in place in case it falls off.
