This filling machine features PLC servo control with ±0.1% precision, handling 50kg containers (≤240mm height) at 10L/min flow rate.

This gear pump system processes viscous liquids (1000-180000CP) like honey, peanut butter, and shampoo at ≤70℃.

With touch-free photoelectric operation and rotary table size 650mm diameter , it achieves food-grade filling without air compressors (DC24V/AC100-240V dual power, ≤400W).

Applications:

-Honey, yogurt, salad, soy sauce, pear paste, peanut butter, tomato sauce, edible butter and other food products.

-Products in various fields such as shampoo, dish-washing detergent, resin,etc.

Note:

Performance may vary with liquid viscosity and ambient temperature. For optimal results, maintain product temperature below 70°C.

The flow rate depends on the viscosity of the liquid and the ambient temperature. The lower the viscosity, the faster the flow rate; the higher the viscosity, the slower the flow rate.

For example, the actual filling time for 1000g of honey is 6 seconds, with 600 bottles per hour. After 8 hours, it amounts to 4,800 bottles. (The time for other filling grammages can be calculated by referring to this data.)
